These Tibetan Buddhist prayer manuscripts are well over 100 years old. The prayers were hand-written in ink in Sanskrit on bark paper or papyrus and are believed to originally have been part of a book of prayer known as the Kangyur.
I purchased these beautiful and decorative prayer pages (13" x 3") from a specialist Asian antiques dealer in Paris. They are very rare and considered even more special for their spiritual connotation.
€65 ($75) for three manuscripts, including international postage and tax.
