Notice how this Islamic pattern overlay distorts the view through a plate glass window? You may be interested in these three examples of efforts to "change the view:"

Joan Walsh's Wild Dick Cheney at the Neocon Corral. I ask again, why is anybody listening to the former vice president, as he continues to tout the failed policies of the Bush administration??!!
Glenn Greenwald's excellent article about the sometimes contradictory statements in Obama's civil liberties speech.

oh, leave it to you to give me a link to a great article. And why IS anyone listening to Cheney! He has nothing left to live for but to destroy destroy destroy.
other than that, I have no opinion one way or the other.

Wow, I didn't know anybody was listening to him! Perhaps media trying to stir up some controversy so they have something to write about. You know, other than all the other really important issues they should be giving a voice to instead.
Love the distortion on Galeries Lafayette. I did make it there on my one trip to Paris and lost a whole bag of beautiful french linen towels I had purchased there before I even left the building!

Great photo Tara! I like the distortion in your work.
BUT!!
About the distortion of Chaney
I can't believe anyone would listen to him.
I can't understand how anyone can't figure it out, what Fox news is all about.
It depresses me.

Who is listening? Everybody. Sometimes it seems like there never was an election. It is "all Cheney, all the time" on the radio/TV/blogs/newspapers. It is amazing to me how much coverage the extreme right is getting, but then, who owns the media? There is some really nasty "hate speak" out there---very disheartening.
