OH! I love the theme and the execution. Wonderful and poetic and full of drama and the lore of the sea!

Beautiful displays...they remind me of the 60's when we wore several sets of long beads and had long flowing hair down our backs, black tights and patent shoes with buckles :)

Those are stunning displays! Love the strands of black pearls - I wonder if that's a reference back to Capt. Jack Sparrow's ship the Black Pearl? As always, your photos are beautiful, Tara~xOx

I love these windows...they are so creative. The hair is fantastic...like gothic mermaid or something. So very cool.
Who were the clothes by? Is Selfridges a label in itself? I know not of these things you worldly woman, please educate me!

Hi Tara,
Beautiful photos of some fantastically creative window displays!!
Thank you for taking the time to share. I think of you and send you happy thoughts. Guess what? I just realized at the top of your blog on the banner to the right is the answer to the question I asked last night on rochambeau, actually my mom's question.
Sending you warm and wonderful wishes friend.

these are wonderful,
more than wonderful,
really...

:-)

another world going on there in those windows
and we haven't a clue
what those girls do when we aren't looking...

cannot decide:
the hair that goes on and on?
the holes in the stockings?
???

must be the entire package---> what fun!

Tara, you know what I love the most about your store window photos? It's the reflection of the pedestrians. While you are obviously taking the time to take a snapshot the world is rushing by, people often looking tense and on a mission. Pretty cool!

Tammy

These are amazing Tara! Works of an artist.
